In the past month or so, i've installed almost all the ICS beta & alpha ROM's that came out for Nexus S. From all i've installed and used i would say the NexusBeam 4.1.0 ROM is the most stable and complete ROM.
The ROM was originally a Nexus S port of Revolution HD ROM for Galaxy Nexus and has very differences to the stock ICS ROM for Nexus S. It is fully rooted and BusyBox is installed. The current version of the ROM (4.1.0) uses latest stock Android 4.0.3 IML74K firmware.
If you guys want to give it a try here is a link to the ROM post on the XDA forums http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1380608
Some screenshots of the ROM (i have CM9 alpha 18 ROM installed at the moment so using some screenshots that i had taken a bit earlier):
If you do install, please let me know your thoughts :)
